Woohoo! I am so excited!
Last night Heavenly got TWO INCHES of snow!
Hahaha, that is more than Holland gets in a year! Well, maybe that’s a bit exaggerated, but when I read that, my stomach moved and I felt a bit nauseous… but in a good way… you know, when you want something so bad and you know that it’s coming…. I don’t know. I just really really got the bug.
So yeah, after last year’s crappy snow season I know this year will be wicked!
Not that I could tell a difference anyway… it was my first season IN the snow on a REAL mountain… You see, Holland is flat and non of my set of parents ever took us out for winter-sports… so it only took 29 years before I saw a real mountain, with real chairlifts and real snow… Needless to say, I was happy as shit just to be there.
My myspace boyfriend that ditched me for the porn-star is talking to me again… hmmm… he said he’d been depressed blah blah. I am up in his top-I-don’t-know-what again. Hahaha, ah well, it’s all good… cyber relations are very easy. Just how I like them.
I sprained my ankle the other day. Skating. Or at least attempting to. It hurts, but it comes with the territory. I guess I am taking the next couple of days off. I made friends with my local skater-boys. I feel like a predator or a pervert, they are so young. I could have been their mom. I mean, it’s a small neighborhood. They saw me skating a couple of times late at night, so after the 4th time or so one of them came up and started to talk to me. They are cool. It’s so funny because all the talk about is their ‘feelings’ and ‘girls’. So when I called them out on that, their excuse was that they normally couldn’t talk about that with their male friends, so now that I was there, they wanted to talk about those particular issues. Sooo cute. They were very excited to know that when they get older, the women might get a bit less crazy.
Little do they know….

Hope you are feeling better!! A sprained ankle sucks. You know, it’s funny, I was walking by Tompkins Square Park here in the East Village and there were a ton of skater boys in the basketball courts. Thought you’d get a kick out of seeing them.
And yeah, how right you are. Little do those teenagers know about women. I think I’m feeling a little down about relationships and whatnot after yesterday (see my own little blog for more details).
Anyway, congrats on the snow and hope you recover soon. If you feel up to it, I’m going to check out what should be an amazing concert tomorrow night. Let me know if you’re interested.
