Woohoo! I stepped on the scale today and I am 128!
12 Down. Only 8 more pounds to go!
I easily fit in my size 28 jeans (no stretch) again (they’re not tight at all! and they were clean )!
I am just soooo relieved! I feel great!
How did I do it?
- I eat a lot of Total (twice a day, sometimes three times a day) with skimmed milk.
- I eat whatever I feel like but really think a couple of times before I eat something bad if I really really want it.
- Skip bread in restaurants (don’t let them put it on the table)
- Try to stick to Vodka + Tonic instead of fruity Martinis.
- Have three large cups of coffee in the morning with Coffee Maid (fat free)
- Drink lots of water
- Go jog (drag myself over the pavement) 5 times a week. I listen to the music, trying to stop to think about anything and just be in the moment… so it becomes some sort of meditation to me.
- After the jogging, I’ll go home and drink some water and grab my skateboard and practise for an hr or so.
- I try to squeeze in some P90X for the arms every now and then.
OK, as you know, I like to cut corners (or at least believe I do)… so I have been taking supplements/ pills as well. I like them, they help me stick to the above:
- I started taking Duromine on August 27th. Once a day in the morning after breakfast.
- I started taking Stacker3 XPLC a week before that. Twice a day after lunch and dinner.
The ALLI I wrote about a couple of months ago. It really works if you eat greasy food. I don’t eat very greasy foods, so it really doesn’t make a big difference like the other pills, but whenever I get back to my 120 pounds I will use the ALLI occasionally if I decidede to pig out and have nothing to do the next day besides being in the bathroom….
Woohoo! this is going to save soooo much money because now I can fit in my old clothes again! I am so stoked!
Anyway… time to get back to business…. hahahaha

Hey, congrats!! That’s awesome. You’ve set yourself a goal and really worked hard. Very cool.
I say we celebrate with cigarettes, red wine and chocolate cake. ;+)
