so I have been running recently… well, you may call it ‘jogging’ as the average speed is around 5.8 ot maybe 6 miles an hour.
It’s actually been going well.
The difference is that I’m trying not to think about the fact that I am running and that I hate to run and that I look like an idiot huffing and puffing thinking about seconds turning into minutes and about the minutes till I will be done….
My new approach is to listen to music. I am running by the songs, meaning no time, no laps or distance, but purely by my new playlist. Every day I try to listen one extra song. It’s been going surprisingly well and I am actually looking forward to my daily run. It seems to make me stop from thinking… a couple of drinks would do the trick as well…

Loooove Under My Thumb. What a great song. You should add the new Beck song, Timebomb, to your playlist. Seems like it’d be perfect for running.
